The work worth doing
is never neutral.

Organizations serious about accountability need someone who has actually worked inside the machine. That's the work.

The approach
"I work with organizations that want to stop losing good people to bad systems — building cultures of accountability, care, and institutional integrity from the inside out."

You already know something isn't working. Maybe people are leaving. Maybe decisions aren't landing. Maybe the culture says one thing and the daily reality says another.

This work is direct. The language is honest. The goal isn't a report that sits on a shelf — it's movement. Real change, named clearly, with a path forward that your organization can actually walk.

Every engagement is grounded in a decade of working inside public sector, Indigenous, and social sector organizations. Not advising from the outside. Working from within.

Who this is for

Organizations doing the hard work.

Federal public sector

Departments and teams navigating policy implementation, values gaps, and the specific friction of working inside a large bureaucratic system.

Indigenous organizations

Nations, governance bodies, and service organizations building cultures and structures that reflect their values — not just the systems that were inherited.

Nonprofits & social sector

Mission-driven organizations where the work is personal, the stakes are high, and the gap between stated values and daily culture is impossible to ignore.

Teams in transition

Organizations navigating restructuring, leadership change, conflict, or a loss of trust that hasn't been named yet — let alone addressed.

Services

Three ways in.

Every engagement is different. These are the structures that hold the work.

01

Systems Audit

Project fee · 2–6 weeks

You already know something isn't working. Maybe people are leaving. Maybe decisions aren't landing. Maybe the culture says one thing and the daily reality says another. A systems audit names what's actually happening — not the polished version, the real one. We look at your structures, your processes, and your people practices together, and we build a clear picture of where the friction lives and what it's costing you. You leave with a written assessment and a prioritized set of recommendations you can actually act on.

Starting at $3,500 CAD
02

Restorative Convening

Day rate · half or full day

Some conversations can't happen in a regular meeting. When a team has been through something — a restructure, a conflict, a loss of trust, a period of poor leadership — the path forward requires a different kind of space. Restorative convening creates that space. Structured, trauma-informed, and held with care, these sessions give people the conditions to say what needs to be said and hear what needs to be heard. The goal isn't agreement. It's movement.

Half day · Full day $1,200 · $2,000 CAD
03

Institutional Integrity

Workshop fee · half or full day

This is the workshop. A half-day or full-day session for teams and leaders who want to close the gap between the values they claim and the culture they've actually built. We work through accountability, psychological safety, and what it actually means to lead with integrity inside a system that doesn't always make that easy. Practical, honest, and grounded in real organizational experience — not theory. You leave with tools you can use the following Monday.

Half day · Full day $1,500 · $2,500 CAD
How it works

No pitch. No theatre.
Just the work.

1

Discovery call — 30 minutes, free

Not a sales call. A real conversation about what you're navigating, whether this work is the right fit, and what an engagement could look like. No pressure. No pitch.

2

Scoping — we agree on what's needed

A written scope of work that names the deliverables, the timeline, the rate, and what success looks like. No surprises. Nothing that wasn't agreed on.

3

The work — showing up and doing it

Direct, honest engagement with your organization, your people, and your systems. The work is the work. It's not a performance.

4

The record — written deliverables, clear next steps

Every engagement ends with a written document. An assessment. A report. A set of recommendations. Something you can hold, share, and act on. The record matters.
